Making money online... possible?

Is it possible to make money online using blogs, hubs, squidoo, or any of the many other sites offering money making features?

Apparently so according to all that you may read on the subject. But then apparently it is also possible to win lotto.

But there are some people who have won lotto. First division payouts! So making money online must be possible.

I am not denying that there are some who have made money online and do well. I do however wonder about those web sites that offer the income and wealth based on a few comments made by 'there members' and yet it remains a secret as to how they have actually made it.

Online shopping is the future, good or bad!

The economic crash that we are all struggling with over the past few years has brought to light some issues with shopping online and traditional store shopping. It is clear that more and more people are shopping online rather than store shopping. In fact a number of large store chains are finding it difficult to stay open with some already closing their doors. The reason being that without store sales the company can not pay its rent or staff. Arguably money is tight and people are spending more carefully, but when a store closes staff no longer have paid jobs, nor money to spend. For those with money and no store you tend to shop where you can... online!

Is this a sign of the times.

If you are in sales, are you concerned about losing your job?  Afterall it would be more profitable for a struggling company if it did not have to pay rental overheads and sales staff.
